Shotz features a mix of Broadway, Off-Broadway, regional theater, and TV talent, with six new plays coming at you the first Monday of every month! Unified by three conditions, Shotz is a theatrical pressure cooker serving up the freshest indie theater in NYC.
This month’s plays will be devised by each group with Acting Collaborators, Writing Supervisors and Directing Collaborators. We want everyone’s voice to be active in the creation of their pieces with writing supervisors and directing collaborators working to curate and focus each play.
The conditions for this month are:
1. Fantasy must meet reality.
2. Something must be tamed.
3. The line: “Wanna touch it?” must appear.

Shotz has been called, “the perfect place to take a date in New York.” If you’re over 21, there’s a bar at the theater, and if you want to stick around after the second show to meet the cast and artistic team, we’ll be happy to say hello at The Grey Mare, around the corner from the theater!
